"The equipment consists of roller set mechanism, force sensing system, torque sensing system, angle sensor, automatic control system, industrial control machine and so on. The guide wire, catheter and other products are placed on the silicone rubber roller to press the roller set to drive the products to achieve the ""push"" and ""retract"" action. The force sensor can accurately capture the change of force value of the product during the test, and generate the ""force-displacement"" curve through the machine software and signal acquisition system, as well as calculate the maximum value and average value of the data to generate the test report. The device is equipped with an overflow reflux tank for complete immersion of the vascular model in water. The underwater push ports ensure that the product is pushed into the vascular model in a naturally horizontal state (avoiding the additional drag effect of bending) and automatically pumps the overflow water back to the main tank. The lid of the reservoir is equipped with an array of perforated panels that can be used to autonomously contour and push the test chambers."
