Torque Tester

Place the product in the corresponding fixture. The motor inside the torsion module drives the ball spline shaft to do clockwise or anti-clockwise movement. After the parameter setting, the low-speed and high-torque motor drives the ball spline shaft and the horizontal gantry clamp to do torsion movement, and the parameter setting is the torsion angle or the number of revolutions. There is a precision torque sensor inside the torsion module. During the torsion process, the torque value is detected and displayed in real time on the human-machine interactive screen. After the end of twisting, the internal programme automatically calculates and captures the maximum torque and average torque (optional). At the same time, according to the maximum and minimum value range set by the parameter, it automatically evaluates whether the product under test is a qualified product or not. For qualified products, the screen displays "test passed"; for unqualified products, the screen displays "test exceeded".
